Weird problem with the PLEX server

Hello,
I have been using the PLEX server since I bought the device. (My cloud home duo 6TB)
Since the last big windows 10 update I am unable to connect to the PLEX server.
It does work if using the PLEX apps on iOS or Apple TV, but from windows it is unreachable (using the software or browser).
Also my Cloud got static IP in my network.

any ideas?
