No, as far as I know.
The browser is the one that keeps this information.
The router keeps some other logs. You can find more information on the users manual.

I have found the different types of logs, system, attack, and drop. I am not to sure what these logs would show me, could you please explain to me what each log would show. If you don’t mind, could you please find out if the Western Digital routers do keep track of website history, and any online activities that we do?
