Entered 6 serial numbers and your website refused the request, saying “Maximum of 20 Serial Numbers Allowed.” I’m no math wizard, but I think you may have a problem here.
That link has given a system maintenance error for as long as I’ve been trying it. And of course the original problem persists. Talk about a dumpster fire of a website.
Another error is when an RMA ships, it shows the tracking nuber and when you click it to see live updates at ups page, it goes to an INVALID tracking UPS page, because /TRACKDETAIL is in the WD link and needs to be removed manually from the url for the tracking link to actually work at ups
