WebCloud access problem

Hi

I cann’t access my device on “WDMyCloud.com” despite i create a user in the cloud settings and i sent to my email. It was working fine but since yesterday it start showing “Device is offline”

Did you set a fixed IP address for your NAS on your local home network?

Its on DHCP 

 The following message i got when create webcloud account for me :

  • The web access account you requested for could not be created. Ensure that you do not have any network connectivity issues and try again. (250006)
