Web UI not accessible

I am trying to access the Web UI of my MyBookLiveDuo but get an error message saying “cannot reach the page” with the error code detail being : “Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND”.
I can access my shares without any problem from my computer, so it is not an internet connection issue.
I am using Windows 10 (recently reinstalled due to computer being slow) and Microsoft Edge. Tried in Google Chrome but same issue. I had no problem accessing the UI prior to the reinstallation of my computer. Would anyone know the response to this problem ?

Are you accessing it by name or IP? In other words, what’s the URL shown in the address bar that triggers that error?


Tried both (up address and name) but neither method would succeed.
