Web interface inconsistent - firmware 2.31.174

When I view the MCM dashboard I see the drive free space displayed in “Capacity”. That box sometimes displays a pie chart and the space taken by the various data/media types but sometimes there is nothing displayed except the amount of free space in very large text.

I’ve also found that I get a timeout a few seconds after logging in, sometimes I don’t have to login at all and sometimes the login works as it should.

These inconsistencies don’t inspire confidence at all.

Is there any backup or sync process running in the background of My Cloud Mirror?

I would suggest you perform 4 second reset on My Cloud Mirror device in this concern.
