Ever since the “new” dashboard was released in the recent update, I have not been able to access it from outside of the network. It loads the page but the shares are not visible, and no matter how many times I reload it, it doesnt work. I have tried both with the admin account and with a new account I made. As well as on both chrome and safari. Anyone else having this issue?
When I installed the new update it automatically turned off the Media Sharing for my shares. Open the dashboard and select Shares at the top. Click on each share you want to make available on the left then toggle the media sharing option for the shares you want. Hope that helps.
Try a different browser like IE.
