1.As WDLive & all other models have usb support. so you should add a feature for add and using webcameras and enable video calling.
2.for chat support the WD tv remote control on smart phone should have a keboard support where we have a user input box.
- a web browser support will work with the second idea.
and IPTV should for existing big operators in india like BIG Tv, SUN Direct, Airtel Tv, Dish Tv. as we can’t get all the premium channels like colors. and this will allow users to have quality viewing expreiance as you device support dts and more.
I think it will support you sale massively.
