Web browser access only see's one of my devices

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud

I have two 4TB MyCloud devices, in addition, 7 PCs (Windows 7-10) in the LAN and they both show up on my LAN fine

BUT

when I use the web link  https://www.wd2go.com via my browsers (IE, Chrome or FF), only one of my devices shows up after login

they are setup identical, so where do I go or how do I add the 2nd device so it can be accessed via my browsers
