I cannot for the love of god download any of my photos, playback music, nor read any of my documents inside of my My Cloud Web app. At first. I thought I accidentally delete all of my file and docs but all of my stuff was still there but I can’t access. What do I do?

What web app are you using? Have you tried mycloud.com?
What device do you own? I own two WD MY CLOUDS, a 1st and a 2nd generation.
