I hv two devices connected with same router : one my cloud and one mybooklive.
I try to connect it via Wd2go.com thru the internet connection …and I can search both devices in success.
When I want to look into the shares of MBL , it asks for input of user name / password . But it always said invalid when I enter the correct user details.
I then try to log into Mycloud, it works properly without any issue under same wd2go screen …
I can sure the user name / password used for log in is totally corrected …Is ther any specific format need to apply when key in user name during log in ? Or I miss something in set up ？

I’m not sure what you’re seeing, as WD 2go doesn’t ask for User Name / Password when connecting to shares. It only asks for your email address / password info when you first connect to the portal, and then only a password when connecting to the drive.
