How can I reset the media library to show the correct dates of when files are added. I have executed a rescan media library, which didn’t work. There is no way that I have a media file from the year 1900 or from the year 2036.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The “date” could be embedded to the file’s metadata, which would override some display sorting options.

There are 9 files that have been put into the 2036 folder. Everything new file that I copy to my WDbox, is put in that folder. Every file can’t have 2036 in the metadata.
Can you suggest a metadata editior for Linux?
