WDTVLIVE vs Sharp

Hi

I had a Sharp Aquos 810 and now we’re replacing me for a 830. Since then I have lost signals from the WDTVLIVE with my HDMI cable. The Aquos seems to have a HDMI 1.4 and the television technician told me that WD did was probably not what explains the loss of signal.
What can I do?
Is an update on the subject will upgrade the HDMI?
Thank you in advance

Good day

Mathieu

You have not disclosed sufficient information for people to help you. The probable problem is that your TV is locking onto a factory default WDTV Live resolution which is not native to your TV. Try setting up your TV with both the composite cable and then the HDMI cable.
