After several months of back and forth with WD on why the 950Q does not seem to work, I finally got the answer. The answer came from Hauppauge customer support. If you have a 950Q Rev E, you are out of luck. You need a Rev B for it to work. I’ve seen many posts about screen freeze and locking up on channel changes, so hopefully this helps. I’m waiting to here back from them on how to get a Rev B.
