WDTV restarts when I

I have 3 WDTV units at home that all stream video from mybook-live via my home Ethernet network.

One of the units restarts automatically every time I try to play a movie. This does not happen in the other units for the same movies. All units have the latest firmware. Any idea what the problem could be?

If only one Media Player restarts with the same movie, then try a factory reset. If it does not work, then maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
