I have a hard drive in fat 32 format and when playing the movies via the media player it will only play 20 minutes or so of movie then go back to start.I have been told it should read this format and my DVR plays the movies.Any help appreciated.

Hello,

Have you tried playing the movie on the computer? Also if possible try resetting the WD TV.

Could be  bug #4 and as such we’de need more info on it.
