Just got my brand new WD TV Media Player today and just after connecting it to my network i try to start a MKV movie and device reboots randomly. I’ve been playing the file from USB device connected to WD TV. Tried to switch for another movie still in MKV same result.
I’ve tried to factory reset my device and got rid of my network leaving the device without internet connection and everything works ok so it must come from my router no ???
Any ideas anyone ???
Do you also have the same issue with a hard-wired Ethernet connection? It could be a wireless data overflow as opposed to just being part of a network.
