Hi. I have a WDTV live (model WDBGXT0000NBK-UESN) which is connected via ethernet to my network. On the network there is a Netgear ReadyNas Duo which contains my share where my files reside. My problem is, I can play files via DLNA on the WDTV but when I play the same files via the Network Share option on the WDTV, I get the error "Unable to play the selected file. Please see the User Manual for a list of supported file formats." The files are avi’s. What is the problem?
Hello, have you tried to play the files from a USB memory, to see if they work. That way you can verify if the problem is with the server of the WDTV.
