I have many ISOS with Musicvideos i do buy.
All do have 48 Khz LPCM 192 Kbit Bitrates as they are sold at VJ Sites like Mixmash and Promo Only.
On each disc there are 15 to 30 Tracks included.
I experienced now playing them in Firm 1.3 and 1.4 that the Preview Window plays Audio and after i play the ISO
only the first Track is played with Audio if i chapter skip to the next Videos.
If i then Pause and forward and backward and Pause again i then get Audio.
If i skip to next chapter ( Video) Audio is off again.
This is not happening using HDMI Output ( Stereo / Digital)
The DVDs are made with imageburn simple Create ISO and they are DVD5 DVDs.
On the PC they do all play flawless.
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.

I did write to your technical Support using the Link and english language Form
All you get back as a response from your E-Mail Support asking technical Questions or reporting Bugs is:
“to ask in the WD Forums for any Tech Prob Solutions/Help and that they can only answer normal questions” using the Online Support Form.
And yes i did add my serial Number and my Model Number.
And what questions can i ask WD if not Support Questions using the Support Question/Help Form ?
Her name was [Deleted] and seems to be a Auto response “Bot” .
If i get a reply from a technical Support i am used to talk to a human individual with a Surname which i can reply to.
Is there a real technical E-Mail Support existing for us customers we can use to forward Questions / Bugs?
