Hi I’m trying to access to my Synology DS115j via Network Share. I entered username/password of my synology user but WDTV gets “this network share cannot be accessed”.
Where am I wrong?

Are you able to access the share from a different device?
Have you tried resetting the devices?

make sure that the windows file service are enabled in the DS ! system control-> file services → Windows file services.
Make sure that the DS user has access right set for the folder your are trying to access.
Also ensure that the two boxes are in the same network !
That should be all I think !
