WDTV Live Slingplayer Connection Lost

Hi,

I’m having connection lost (code:27) in my WDTV Live with SlingPlayer. Looks like the connection gets dropped every 3 Minutes. If I use my computer to streaming I dont have any connection issues.

I have 2 WDTV Live devices and borth of them are heving issued.

Could you please help?

Have you tried setting up a static IP for your WD TV?

no luck. looks like all users are having the same problems

Ditto.  Same problems on both of my WDTV Live boxes.

 Any new updates on this issue? I set my port forwarding and it’s still doing the same thing. I use the Slingbox to watch my satellite tv when I’m in Florida for the winter. This is terrible customer service. All the posters are getting the run around. I am really doubting Western Digital as a company because of this issue.

 On a side note, Tiger Direct is selling the NeoTV Max with the qwerty keyboard remote for $29.99. I’m ordering one to test and if it works, I’m getting a second one and dumping the WD Live boxes.

The neo-tv max works with my 2 PRO-HD slingboxes. I got 4 NEOs.
