WDTV Live Medi Player - remote will not work unless I unplug and replug media player

Hi

I know somebody may have answered this on another thread but I could not find it.  I was wondering:

Has anybody found the solution to the remote not working until I unplugged and replug the power adapter of the media player?  It seems to me that something either gets reset in the unit to cause this and we just have to reset it by stopping the power from going to the unt and it somehow resets it back.

I have the latest firmware on it, 2.0.32 I think.

when your remote does not work, can you access the device via either a browser (http://ip-of-device:80) or via the smartphone/tablet apps ?

sure … and you can also use a usb keyboard as well
