A few days ago I bought myself a WD TV Live HUB and try to make it operational. However, when I turn the WD on, I only get a sort of start screen for a few seconds (which seems normal to me), but after that only a blank screen. The WD LED stays on, but it acts like it is in standby modus, connection through video component, nothing helps. Because I’m not able to get any menu, I cannot do an update. Anyone who has a solution or trick?
I would suggest, If it has never worked, return it for a new one.
If the new one doesn’t work either, let us know.
I would try the reset button on the bottom of the device. Are you in the US?
