I cannot fast forward or rewind videos recently added to my WDTV Live Hub Media Center. I have updated software to 3.11.10 recently and the problem occured after this. If I continue to press fast forward on the remote I get a message “the file you are playing does not support trick mode”. I have this problem with .MKV and .AVI videos. It only seems to happen on videos that I recently added to the hard drive. I have tries disconnecting the power and restarting.
