WDTV Live back to menu during playback

Hi,

I have the latest firmware (1.02.21) and I’m experience a strange problem: quite randomly the playback stops and I’m brought back to the menu section I started the movie from (e.g. the search section). I experience this behaviour with MKV movies (usually 1080p).

Any help?

I’d most definitely try a reset of the Live.

I’ve had this happen when MKVs are flawed, but the bounce out at the exact same time.  One of my DVD extras does this, and if I catch it before it does it, I can fast-forward over the flaw and keep going.
