Hi, I just bought a WDTV Gen2 , with the 1.79 Firmware…
I can’t find a way to switch easily from pics (images) when they are opened fullscreen in presentation.
Using both < , > , << , >> keys it does not do anything, it appears on the screen the red ban icon.
Any ideas? Am I just stupid, or it happened to anybody else?
the same problems happens sometimes with my device. when i command to play a movie it waits about 30 secs to 1 min. to open it and at that times when i try to go to the next movie or to pause or to fwd it the remote does nothing. It is a new problem for a few weeks since i am using my device for 4 months. I open close it, unplug, reset, etc. but the problem is continueing.
I have the same problem disconnect, 2 min.
Remove the usb device. en delete the wdtv folder
reset hdtv to factory settings.
Pug USB device back in and everything should work normal again.
Dunno what the problem causes but this worked for me.
Dunno how long it’s gonne work.
In any case last time any WD product comes in my house.
