WDTV Cannot Find Music Library

Hi,

I tried searching, but didn’t find the answer.

I have a WDTV Live and it is not finding 99% of my music collection.  All files are MP3 and sorted ARTIST>>>ALBUM and are stored on a Win7 network share.  The main music folder is shared with everyone (read/write).  I have no problems finding my movie library which is on the same drive and shared the same way. 

The only thing I could see was the files that did show up had embedded cover art, so I tested that theory, but it didn’t work.

Any help?

It happened to me and I fix it resharing the network drives.

I actuall forgot about this post.  I fixed it by making a copy of my music library and deleting the original.  Everything works with the new copy.

Thought I’d post in case anyone else has the same problem.
