WDSync will not open/launch/start

I have downloaded and installed WDSync 3 times after uninstalling it each time. In installs without error but it will not launch.

Did you try to install WD Sync in other computer? Is there same issue in other computer also?

No, I have a new laptop with Windows 10 as the operating system. That is the only computer I have.
