WDSync doesn't find my device

I reach my EX2Ultra via mycloud.com and I can upload a testfile to my station.
Nevertheless the WDSync-APP (PC) doesn’t find my device.
I already stopped the Avast and Windows Firewall but without success.

What can I do?
