I use WDSmartwareBackup to save my files on a WD My Cloud wi-fi connected.
The problem is that several files are not backed up (Outlook data files, documents, nothing specific).
I tried a scheduled backup and manual backup. The program works a long time, say Copy completed, but files are not where they should be.
I experienced the problem with older versions too, I had to uninstall, delete everything, reinstall, change destination folder.
It worked for some weeks, but now the problem is here again.
Please give me a final solution.
