WDSharespace - Can't access device webpage after reset

Hi,

I had to reset my WD Sharespace NAS because of conflicts in IP addresses with another device.  I can “see” the WDSharespace in my Network window under Win7 Home Premium, and it shows me the IP address when I right-click to view properties.  Clicking on the link opens a browser window in Mozilla, but this either times out or redirects to the search engine.  Double-clicking on the device opens My Documents in windows explorer.

Trying to run WD Discovery doesn’t work as that software keeps crashing in spite of me downloading the latest version from WD Support, and disabling both my Windows Firewall and AVG anti-virus software.

All lights on the unit are as normal.  I’ve reset it numerous times.

There is 3.5TB of data on the device that I would like to be able to access.

Any suggestions?  If more info is required, I can provide.

Cheers,

Steve
