WD's Support Portal is messed up

In recent weeks, WD has made numerous changes to the support.wdc.com website, and there’s now lots of issues.

For example, I challenge WD to:

Find the latest download for the WD TV Live HD Media Player

Find the Release Notes for the WD TV Live GPL software.

All of these are either not linked or generate 404 errors.
