WDMyCloudMirror.local not resolving (Unknown Host))... even after reset and reboot of all equipment. Any other ideas?

Hi - I am no longer able to access the control panel via the WDMyCloudMirror.local URL through my browser. I have reset the mycloud and power cycled my router and PC with no luck. Any other ideas?

I have other issues with the box (none of my time machine backups can find the drive any more) and I suspect this is the root cause.

I am able to access the admin panel by typing in the IP address into my browser. I am also able to mount the drive and use it in finder to add and move files. So, I know the box is working. It just does not seem to be able to resolve the WDMyCloudMirror.local name to an IP address in the browser (nor from Time Machine).

I have tried to ping the box from the terminal and get the error, “Unknown Host”

Any other ideas for how I can get the name resolution working again?
