since installing the new software on the device i am constantly having to power down the unit and restart it to login into the control panel as well as any media i try playing through a television or computer will constantly stop and say “file not supported” i then press play and it will load the file fine but it does this about 5-10 times per film now and its really getting annoying

if i try to login into the control panel chrome will crash, if i try it on ie that also will crash.  the steps i have tried to since this started is revert back to the old software but it still does it. i dont know what is going on, is anyone else having this issue?

Have you tried resetting the drive by pressing the reset button in the back?
