WDMyCloudEX4100 not communicating

I think I could ping the IP address and get a reply. All the drives appear to work well. But all attempts to connect to the dashboard via USB or tcp-IP not working. No errors on the box itself.

If the My Cloud dashboard is not accessible, the My Cloud EX4100 device can be reset by following the instructions: My Cloud OS 3: Pin Reset and System Only Restore a EX4100
