Hi,
My device is up and accessible through mapped drives and the desktop app.
What I can’t do is get to the dashboard via the local URL http://wdmycloud.local/UI/.
I’ve used this before without any issues. Now I get the login screen, put in my credentials, click login, and then it flashes to the dashboard screen for a split second then jumps back to the login screen. I know the credentials are correct and it’s not giving me an error.
I’ve tried rebooting the router, power cycling the device, and using both chrome and firefox browsers - same results. Anybody have any ideas? I need to update my firmware. Thanks!
