WDMyCloud UI doesn´t load but can see all my sharing folder in Explore


When I try to connect to http://wdmycloud/UI, the connection is refused. When I turn off and on after a few seconds, it connects back again. After sometime, it looses the connection. But the funniest is that I still see all the sharing folders and files, the private and public folders when I see them with Windows Explore.

Any idea why this is happening?

Have to tried to access the dashboard with any other web browser?

Finally, I found out what the problem was.

By setting Windows Credentials and a new key in registry allowing insecure guest authorization, the dashboard now remains connected all the time.

I also changed the network cable cable. But I don´t think this was the real issue.
