WDMyCloud Failed Quick Test

Recently some files on my WDMyCloud have become inaccessible - for example, if I try to copy such a file to another location, the copy process hangs.

I ran a Quick Test which failed.

My WDMyCloud is no longer under warranty.

I’d like to do the equivalent of running “fix disk” on the NAS drive or if that’s not possible reformatting the drive in a manner that it will no longer use bad sectors.

Is there some way to do the above? Or is my WDMyCloud irrecoverable?
