After updating WDmycloud with firmware 4, my WDLive player fails to see my external WDmybook that connects via USB on WDmycloud.
With firmware 3, I was able to stream movies from USB connected external WDmybook (with my WDLive) through USB connection with WDmycloud. Please help, if possible. Does anyone experience similar issue?

Have you tried a reset and/or power cycle? It is always recommended after a firmware update.
