WDH2NC40000N keeps failing

We’ve been trying to use this drive in Span mode with no success. It will work for a few minutes to a couple of days and then it will be unacessible. The web admin interface might or might not be accesible, unusable though. It won’t even be found by the discovery tool.

We’ve already got a replacement unit and same thing happens.

Could it be something regarding Span mode ? we are running like 5 MBookWorlds on other clients with no problem. All of them as RAID1.

Hi there, If I were you I’d try to get in touch with an advanced tech from WD, if you already replaced the drive then there’s something deeper going on…

Any other advice or similar experience ?
