I’m having trouble uploading files to either server. At best, I can upload 3 files at a time and it doesn’t crash! Very slow upload…
OR I’m unable to upload anything at all, it simply tells me there’s an error uploading.
Today, I cannot upload 3 files at a time, but one file at a time (Very slowly).
How can I resolve this? I’ve done a hard reset -TWICE! and the problem persists.
The servers are being used for Plex and its safe to say, that’s just as slow/unreliable as the WDCloudhome servers that are “running” in the background.
Unfortunately this is similar to going to Apple or Microsoft and asking them why your internet connection is slow as they are not going to know or be able to help much with your router or internet service.
Nobody here but you have the knowledge of the type of network setup and location you have for your servers and WD Tech has specifically stated in their knowledge base (KB) that they can’t help with third party hardware and internet service beyond a general troubleshooting suggestion.
Consult the network router user manual for assistance.

UPnP Wizard can be used on Windows to see if UPnP is On.
Port Forward.com can be used to setup port forward at the router.
