I’ve downloaded and upgraded to the latest version of the Dashboard software (3.1.2.5 as of this writing) and I’m trying to update the firmware to my WDS256G1X0C to B35500WD. When I load up the Dashboard software, it has a yellow circle next to Firmware Version with an ! in it saying that “NEW FIRMWARE AVAILABLE” however when I click to upgrade it, it almost immediately says “Firmware update failed”. It’s almost near instant when I try to upgrade after clicking proceed.
I’ve tried searching around for the file “B35900WD.fluf” but haven’t been able to find it.
Does anyone know of any solutions? Thanks!
