WDC WD10SPCX-22HWST0 Start/Stop & Load Cycle Count

Hello,

I have 2 disks SSD (System) + HDD (data)
My HDD disk is WDC WD10SPCX-22HWST0 and it have very high Start/Stop Count and Load Cycle Count.

I change sleep timer in WDIDLE3 to 300s but drive still freeze my system (windows explorer, some games) when drive starts again. I think that WDIDLE3 help for Load Cycle Count but HDD stil stop after few seconds.

Can anyone help me with it? I don’t want to lose my data, and I think that HDD will break much faster with this problem.
