I have installed a WD HSSD in my MacBook Pro but often it freeze I must wait about 5 seconds it starts again.
It’s very boring, please let me know if I can resolve it (configure something or install drivers).
I only turned disk option “stop for energy saving” off. But nothing has changed.

As a recommendation, test the drive using the first aid option on disk utilities.
What OS version are you running on the unit?
