My WDC PC SN720 NVME Drive upon a controlled shutdown and power restart presented itself as Read Only and will not allow attributes changed.
Being this the OS disk I cannot power boot up to any diagnostic tool.
Using built in Recovery Image and booting with a Windows Media into recovery mode using diskpart fails to change Read Only State.
How to recover ?
