WDC Customer Service is Horrendous

I’ve tried emailing and calling this company and no one is EVER available to help. The phone menu system is absolutely HORRIBLE. Plus, I’ve emailed twice and got no answer. I’ve called about 4 times, and after waiting on hold for over 10 minutes each time I gave up. I simply want to check on the status of a refund. Since I can’t get a response, I contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge. I won’t
buy anything from this company again.

I see that you talked to one of our agents and he gave you the number for the WDStore to contact them for a refund. Did you call them?
