WDC 500gb Blue Smart quick test error

recently my computer sometimes fail to boot to window, and sometimes freezes it happend a few times so i download some utilities to check my system health one Diagnostic tool i’ve download is DLGDIAG tool provided by WD

but when i run the quick test i only reacive this msg, do this means that i have a bad HDD my HDD is a few weeks old

ive also run HD tune Bench Mark and i only recieve error msg…

should i ask ask this to be test or replace?

aslo should i be bothered that all my smart attribute value is equal or greater than the worst most of them is above threshhold value…

what should i do?

result from HD tune… is my WDC HDD is dying? should i ask for replacement? or there are other reason? help pls
