I haven’t used this drive for about a year. Never dropped it and stored it securely. Connected it to my HP EliteBook recently were in the pass it was plug and play but now the operating system is not seeing to load the pre-installed software and Disk management is not displaying a drive letter. Could another community user please advise. Thanks
