WDBackup Stopped Working

I have a My Passport 1TB drive attached to a Windows 10 PC that I have been using to backup my main drive. About a month ago, WDBackup stopped backing up. If I try to go into settings or tell it to backup now, nothing happens. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I have also set all of the services to start automatically. I can browse to the drive and view the files, so the drive seems okay. Please help.

Did you reinstall the latest version of WD Backup (v1.9.6883) from WD’s Support site?

Yes, I uninstalled it and then downloaded and installed the latest version. No change.
