WDBackup Issue and browser

Why am I receiving the following message roughly every 2 hours?

I have had the drive approximately one week but started receiving this message about two days ago.

If there is a valid reason to allow these changes and what the changes are/will be, please tell me. Otherwise, please tell me what to do to quit receiving these messages as I am tired of ignoring them and they go away after 3 minutes, or I simply click Keep browser settings.

Well this seems to be like an issue with the application. Is WD Backup working fine?
